Six months later I am still awaiting a response

I had flights scheduled for the 2/04/2018 and had to change them due to a funeral and when calling SAA to change the consultant muddled the flights viz. should be from JHB-PMB but she made it DBN - JHB so a kind lady at Oribi airport amended the flights and requested a refund as I paid for the corrected flights. The total for the flights was R2334.31 however when the refund was made on the it was for R1524.91 (airport taxes only) I called and queried this but was asked to send email explaining - I have despatched 6 emails since and to date I have not had a response neither did I receive a reimbur*****t for the balance of my ticket. I am so disgruntled with SAA that I now refuse to fly with them. I was someone who used their airline once a month.
