SHOCKING SERVICE South! !!

left my wallet on their plane. I have emailed their enquiries email 5 times!!!!!! Each time they send a reply email promising to respond in 48 hours. I have now waited 2 weeks, and still not ONE reply!!!!! I have phoned their customer service helpline, and that just rings!!!!! Pathetic and useless SAA and Mango service!!!!
