Shocking service from SAA

<p>Checked into 16h20 flight from PE to CPT yesterday, flight cancelled and rebooked onto flight at 20h20 which was then delayed to 23h20. Shocking communication and very poor customer service - SAA need some serious customer service training. Very long delay without even an apology and refused access to lounge area, despite there being very people in the area...</p>
