Shocking service

<p>I booked a ticket online with SAA. the after sales service..... Is non existent!!!!! I have contacted the call center 5 times and wasted more the 2 hours on the phone with them, I would love to know if anyone at that call center has had training of any sort???</p> <p>all I wanted was to get a return for a extra bag purchased as I added a bad to the wrong flight!</p>
