Shocking Service

<p>My booking reference Z22WW2</p> <p>I am tired of empty promises after a shocking experience. I am a pensioner who was expected to run to catch a flight after being given an incorrect booking in ticket. My cabin suitcase was place in the hold, without any prior advice.</p>
