Shocking SAA staff

I fly for business every week and have flown SAA many a time. Every time I fly - I have a little hand bag as well as a small suitcase. This has always been perfectly fine and I have never encountered any issues. But today they decided to take my small suitcase as check it through - my suitcase that has very valuable items in it. The lady was so aggressive, persistent and in a rush that before I knew it - my suitcase had been cable tied and it was off . I do not appreciate nor will I ever again accept such inconsiderate behavior. I suggest SAA gain a bit more consistency in their methods and realize that customers indeed travel with items that are valuable to them. Hate SAA and will never fly with them again.
