Shocking airlines

<p>My family flew from New York to Jhb in July. 3 hours into the flight we were still struggling to get our 2 TVs working! My husbands & sons TVs working fine but my daughter & my TV wasn't. After asking ALL the air stewards/hostesses to help since the time we took off, we got told 'we will look into it'.</p> <p>3 hours later they looked into it but after re-booting the entire aeroplanes TVs, to no avail! I asked the air steward, 'so what now, it's a day flight & my 6 year old has to stare at a blank screen for the remainder of the flight?' The reply to me was 'log a call once you've landed'</p> <p> </p> <p>SAA, your service is shocking & your air hostesses are unhelpful dismissive & unfriendly. PS: Amazing that they can crack smiles & joke with other air hostesses serving in the other aisle but it's impossible for them to be pleasant to passengers. </p> <p> </p> <p>Sad that we are voyager mile keepers & had to endure this terrible experience & service on our holiday return trip! </p> <p> </p>
