Shattered Dream!

Dear FlySAA "South African Airways",

For the last 8 months, I've been training hard for a triathlon in Austria. I have spent a lot of time and money on flights, accommodation, my gear, preparation, training and nutrition.

We arrived at OR Tambo early Wednesday afternoon to check in and make sure everything was ready and my bike box, with most of my gear", was checked in and heading to Austria with me.

You can only imagine how angry I am, knowing that my bike IS STILL IN SOUTH AFRICA and hasn't even left!!

My triathlon is tomorrow! Unless you can get the concord, there is no way you will get my gear to me by 4.30am.

You have totally and utterly destroyed this amazing opportunity for me!!
