*********** service received and poor customer service

Battling to change a surname on international flight since November 2024. Flight in just 10 calendar days! After more than 400 minutes of phone, personal visit to OR Tambo and numerous emails not sorted. Call centre try to bribed us to change to a business class ticket. Will never ever recommend SAA! Customer service pathetic!!!
