Service Failure SAA

I was booked on flight SAA346 from CPT to OR Tambo airport on the 25/10/2015, when I arrived in OR Tambo that night I saw that my bag has been damaged ( the wheel was broken off completely ), I then went to the baggage counter to make them aware of this and that they could assist me with this matter.<br> When I arrived at my hotel in Centurion I saw that they bags lock ( Part of the bag ) was broken open, I then continued to check all the items in the bag and discovered that there was some items missing in the bag ( Puma shoes, Levis Jeans, Guess jeans and some of my formal shirts ), I then contacted the call centre the following day to inform them that some items were missing out of my bag, they agent told me \ I added the items on the list but there is nothing that I can do to assist you
