Service and Attitude is shocking!!!

<p>I want to know what airline does not allow name change!! We would be willing to pay for it. We have to refund the whole ticket and rebook - FOR MY 7 YEAR OLD SON!!! He may not even be on the same flight now? HOW THE HELL IS THAT GOING TO WORK HUH!!!???? </p>
