SAA - You should just close your doors!

Why bother supporting SAA specifically SAA Voyager. The contradiction on when and how you earn voyager miles and when you can move to the next tier. I fly at least 6 international flights a year. But apparently that is not enough. My requirements for the next tier have already been met but according to SAA Voyager staff I will only be moving up to the next tier next year. I will rather spend my money with an airline that actually reward me for flying with them. You have lost another customer today.
