SAA , you really pathetic

<p>I have been trying to get a refund out of SAA ,since the 19 January 2016. I have lost count of how many time I have called their customer service.The call centre ladies are profesional and polite, only positive.</p> <p>I was given a reference no and was emailed back, to say that my query would be resolved with 21 working days. Everytime I call, I am told that the matter is escalated or that someone in the responsible department will be contact me soon. Its now almot six months, and still waiting.</p> <p>I had to wait 5 hours with my family, including a sick child, to catch a flight from Cape Town to OR Tambo. This after SAA had overbooked their flights. Then I had to upgrade my seats, after being given the wrong info from SAA groundstaff.</p> <p>Really pathetic and dissapointing.</p> <p>Case Reference Number: ***</p> <p> </p>
