SAA - Yet Another Non Service Experience
Stuck in San Diego, CA, USA. Our flight to JFK was cancelled and so the SAA flight (n and outbound). Understanding this is not SAA's doing but an act of God (Storm Jonas). I need to re-arrange tickets and flights, given a number via the website, and who would like to guess the response, Yes, the ever so perfectly practices SA SILENENT RESPONSE, our second day and still no response from or to the 1-800 number.

The BUDGET airline we booked for the flight between San Diego and JFK have been keeping us up to date on a hourly notification, told us what to do and how we could make our stay easier. It is Saturday 23 Jan 2016, 8pm in San Diego, since the SAA flights had been cancelled, there was not a single email (and the are in possession of all details), sms nor had a simple gesture been received from the SA National Airliner, only EISH the POWER of SILENCE.

I will never again question why SAA is in a financial situation, NO SERVICE, NO USERS.

PS, even my wife in SA cannot get hold of the call centre to confirm very important information. Well done SAA you lost yet another proudly South African to never use a SA service ever again.
