SAA WORST FLIGHT EVER

On 17th April i took a flight SAA287 from Hong Kong to JHB after working a year in China. I was looking forward going home. When i got to Hong kong my luggage was over weiggt and i told them i am prepared to pay for the bags, unfortunately i could only pay for one as i didnt have enough dollars for the 2nd one. Option given by a lady from SAA is to throw away my clothes from one luggage and so i did with no problem. She turned me away 9 times when my luggage was 24kg. One lady from SAA felt sorry for me and advised that i take my clothes and transfer to the luggage im paying for because im allowed 32kg since both luggages were 27kg. I asked why the first lady did not advise me to do so before throwing away my clothes. The first lady didnt have a friendly face at all. She was rude and very mean to me. I was one of the first people to check in but was last to board. The 2nd lady even assisted me to pack my clothes in my orher luggage. I threw away so many clothes because the lady could not inform me what options i have when i kindly asked her for advise. She does not deserve to work for any airline or deal with people. She has the worst attitude and no human spririt in her for someone who works for SAA. A south african brand that claims to care about its people. I HATE SAA and i will NEVER EVER take this flight again because of that lady in Hong Kong. When i was in my flight i seat next to a gentleman from Brazil and we got to talk abd told him about my experience. He informed me that both his lugggages were overwieght and he was allowed to go because the limit actually is 32kg. After transfering to my 2nd luggage it hit 30kg. And i ask myself is this a white privelage thing or did that girl come to work with an attitude. I will never get my clothes back and if she had told me earlier i would not have lost any clothes in Hong Kong airport bins!!!! SAA you have the worst customer service and the worst employee to deal with people in HKIA. I dont know how she got that job and i dont know how YOU as a SOUTH AFRICAN BRAND treat SOUTH AFRICANS with no ubuntu.
