SAA worst Airline ever

I made bookings for 3 travellers including myself throught Vitality travel app and used autofill on my details, only to realise after confirmation that my first name pulled through as my last name. Afrer speaking to almost 8 different people and leaving endless emails and messages (wasting almost 2 days on this) that was never responded to, I ended up forfeiting my flight losing my ticket money and had to rebook at another airline at double the cost just to be in time for my business meeting. All this because "Its against their policy to make name changes" what a load of crab. The returning airline changed my details within seconds, with absolutely no issues.I have never dealt with any airline that is so dishonest, and no care about how much money their passenger lose or how they inconvenience their passengers,no wonder they are a struggeling entity.I will never deal with them again and will cancel my vitality if they remain affiliated with them.
