SAA worse than telkom!

I had an international flight from Amsterdam to Durban via Doha - JHB. The JHB layover was 2 hours as per my booking and confirmation. SAA then cancelled the flight and put me on a 7 hour layover without even contacting me and informing me or making other arrangements. When I went to complain at their desk I was met with an incredibly rude and not very clued up lady who basically told me it is what it is and I can go and get stuffed. I had to take a later flight as they know when you are stuck in the airport there is nothing else you can do! SAA IS ANOTHER EXAMPLE OF A SOUTH AFRICAN COMPANY DOING IT WRONG!
