SAA, work airline I ever used

I bought and paid for 3 tickets on the 27th November 2015 for my nephews (Joburg to Cape Town) on my credit card. <br> <br> When my brother accompanied them to catch the flight, he was 1st told \to produce a ticket number"which I too never had when I booked (All I had was flight number & Confirmation)"
