SAA won't assist very bad attitude ***********

I am appalled on every level with the so called SAA customer service - we have a suitcase on their baggage list which still has not arrived in Durban but they REFUSE to help us - the obnoxious attitude leaves a lot to be desired - I am in Business if I treated my customers in this manner I would be out of business - what a total disgrace SAA and of course you are listed as a company who does not respond on Hello Peter I wonder why?????? This is not the only complaint I have there are many many more - you are a disgrace to say the least
