SAA **** with OptionTown

SAA has a dubious partner called OptionTown that sells you a 'promotion' of a batch of flights at supposed low prices. It has hidden terms and conditions around taxes and airport fees. Once purchased you realise with taxes and fees its not really a 'discounted' price. I tried to cancel and Optiontown does not give a full refund. SAA plays dumb and says its between the customer and optiontown even though optiontown is their partner?!
