SAA will not refund my money

SAA is sitting with ****** money from passengers whose flights were cancelled during covid-19 lockdown and refuse to pay us our money back and yet they are allowing passengers to book new flights using our ****** money. The refunds department keeps saying that they are processing refunds. I am waiting since 2020! Every time I phone, I am just transferred from one person to another and they say they will call back and never do. This company is full of *******! DO NOT BOOK SAA!
