SAA Voyager should close its doors!

I am actually lost for words at how terrible the service is at SAA. I have been trying to reach SAA voyager since last week to redeem my miles, I have the mail trail. I called them today, they said contact *** which I did, the lady said let me see who can you help you and transferred me to reservations who cut the call deliberately. I hope that there is someone at SAA who is bold enough to fix the staff and teach them customer service.
