SAA Voyager robs you of miles

emailed SAA Voyager on 2023/07/24, still no form of correspondence. I have logged 2 flights on the website, but it requests that I send my Emirates boarding pass. I do not have the physical boarding passes, but see sent them the Emirates emails confirming the boarding passes, and the SAA ticket. The flights were: 9 July 2023 ; Flight SA7156 Cape Town to Dubai 20 July 2023; Flight SA7157 Dubai to Cape Town
