SAA Voyager rewards ****

SAA Voyager Mile redemptions have not been available since at least october 2020. Neither SAA or Voyager answer any emails or telephone calls. Nedbank who manage the Voyager Credit Cards are getting inundated with enquiries about when the Voyager system will start functioning again. If one closes your Voyager credit cards, you immediately lose all your accumulated Voyager miles, but you cannot use them. What a ****!!! Somehow somewhere somebody is benefiting from this ****. Can Hellopeter please investigate and provide urgent feedback?
