SAA Voyager program *******ion and inefficiencies

I lost 40 000 voyager miles with SAA Voyager program . Despite numerous emails, and telephone calls and submitting proof that i am still eligible for these miles , i am being ignored and sent from pillar to post . I needed these miles to book a ticket to London in July .2 months of calls and emails have deemed fruitless .

These miles were ****** by SAA

How else do i recover my miles since i wont let them get away with it .
