SAA VOYAGER NOT AWARDING MILES

<p>I have been trying to claim my SAA Voyager for international flights taken on the 14 January 2017 without success. Because it is a Star Alliance partner airline I cannot do it on my Voyager profile. I have phoned Voyager and confirmed that my seating class etc. and the airline all earn me points. Told to wait 45 days. I emailed all the documentation as requested and even went to the SAA Office in Cape Town where I was living whose staff personally spoke to Voyager who confirmed receipt of my mail and vailidity of the request - wait 45 days. After numberous emails I received confirmation on 21st April that it was being attended to via Service Request No: SR ********** . Again wait 45 days. Todate, i.e. 11th July NOTHING. No response to emails etc. I am no living in Canada and am not likely to spend the 30 mins waiting for Voyager to answer their telephones. I have since had another international flight with Star Alliance partner, and again, it is a repeat of the above. With One World, BA immediately awards your miles without even asking them. As long as your member number is on your eticket which for all of the above it obviously was. </p> <p>SAA Voyager should stop kidding everybody and just close down. </p>
