SAA Voyager is useless!

I have booked domestic flights online twice with Voyager and both times there was a problem with the ticket. They send a confirmation email and then you get a call that there was a problem and the payment didn't go through. Now today my sister arrives at the airport with her two small children only to find that there was a problem with the flight, it was never booked even though she got the confirmation email and no further phone calls! No communication whatsoever. What is the use in even trying to use ones miles? What a frustrating experience, at least they are consistent in that!<br>
