SAA Voyager is not a loyalty club, it is a torture club.

I continuously have to complain about SAA Voyager ignoring my miles claims for fuel bought at Total, before some of them are eventually shown on the system 6 months later. I flew tens of thousands of miles with SAA ten years ago, but Voyager never delivered the card I was entitle to then. Now I have to claim manually but they ignore most of my manual claims, even after complaints. When I complain, they do not read the letters competently. For example, if you complain "I sent the till slip to the correct email address three months ago" they reply "Please note that you must first email the till slip" or "Please email those till slips to this address",meaning the address I already sent them to. It has been a nightmare for two years now, and they fix one or two claims if you complain, but they never fix the problem. The website is also frequently down. SAA Voyager is not a loyalty club, it is a torture club. Current claims outstanding include: TOT110699, TOT110560, TOT110405, TOT109795, TOT109335, TOT908986. I lose thousands of Rands worth of points on this. Total are also useless, they just refer complaints to Voyager, who ignores them and they know it!
