SAA Voyager - AVIS and Europcar partnership is an absolute myth!

I have been trying to book a vehicle using my SAA Voyager miles via the Europcar SAA partnership for 3 days. I have spent hours on line and on the telephone with both call centres. The wehbsite to be used to book the vehicle which is a link to SAA website is defective and neither Europcar or SAA is prepared to sort it. I have finally received references from Europcar only to sit on the phone for more than 44 mins to be told that SAA does not issue vouchers for Europcar use!!!!! What am I supposed to do! I am told to contact AVIS - I did that 2 days ago and was told they are unable to assist me as well! I think it sucks as I fly with SAA regularly and just get absolutely no joy out of this service. I was given such incorrect information, every call to each of the parties led to a different answer. How can I hire a vehicle using my voyager miles??????? Seems the partnerships are a lie! I am so disgusted! Luckily, I have sufficient miles for the transaction....that cannot take place ....
