I have been a loyal member for many many years. When you changed the system of points last year i rushed to issue an award. Only to discover a year later that it has expired - Nobody told me that at the time that its only valid for 6 months. 6 months seriously???? that's all?????? Voyager has become THE WORST LOYALTY program. Go to ABSA or Standard bank Ucount or Discovery vitality. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH VOYAGER
