SAA Voyager - Absolutely PATHETIC service

<p>I have been trying to get my voyager number for almost a year!</p> <p> </p> <p>First I was told that i had to fax through docs?</p> <p> </p> <p>Then I was told to scan and email them - this was done and followed up on multiple times</p> <p> </p> <p>I just want to get the friggn voyager number, change my surname and update address details - explain to me how this can take almost a year and still not get done???????????</p> <p> </p> <p>Unreal!</p>
