SAA - Voyager - A *******!!!

I booked a ticket on Flysaa for my husband and myself for a trip to Dubai. We had check that we have enough miles to upgrade one of the legs to business class, so we therefore booked the leaving ticket on the select option and the return we booked on saver. After trying to do the upgrade online for 3 days with no success, I called voyager. I was told that you can on longer use miles to upgrade flight!!! The difference between saver and select was R2530.00 each. So we have now lost R 5060.00 as they are not interest and will not refund the difference. If you can no longer use you miles to upgrade, then why is the option still available on the website.<br> Its nothing but an absolute CON and don't think its right that they can get away with this and we will certainly not be using SAA in the future, they can stick their miles where they best fit!!!!
