SAA Voyager

I'm struggling since January 2018 to log miles for my family and register my daughters on the Voyager program. After 100 emails and phone calls, replying and forwarding mails every day, the profiles was created at last, but now it is a struggle all over again to get the miles missing allocated to their profiles. I've send the original boarding passes with registered mail in May already, and still no feedback and no miles.
