SAA very unprofessional and inconvenient airline

<p>I arrived in east london from Johannesburg on friday evening at 7.40pm. A guy by the name of Rojas told me that my luggage has not left Johannesburg due to the conveyerbelt breaking, but ensured all the passengers that our luggage would be here by 11am yesterday the 7th of Jan. I have called johannesburg and east london baggage claims several times for my baggage and every time i call i get a new story.. i have no clothing..shoes.. toiletries.. nothing!! And the attendants tell u to just wait.. ive been given an allowance to spend for one day.. which basically covered my toiletries.. I am here on holiday with no clothing to wear and this morning i have been told my bag cannot be tracked!!! I am very very upset and want my baggage back now. The inconvenience is unbelievable. Thank u saa for spoiling my holiday. I will never fly saa again. Please can some management assist and locate my bag. Ur staff do not know what they are doing. Im.really really stranded now i need my bag please!!!!!!!!</p>
