SAA - Useless Service!
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN!
The people at SAA are totally useless and ***********. Whenever I call I have to give information, then I’m being put on hold for up to 4-5 minutes only to be told that the wheelchair assistance we requested has not confirmed yet!!! I then have to call an hour later ONLY TO GET THE SAME RESPONSE!!!!
I did this booking with you on 24 Oct. and in your mail you asked me to contact YOUR OFFICES to confirm!!! When I did that on more than one occasion eventually I’m instructed to call a specific number. Now they've added another issue my mother-in-law cannot travel with initials yet they confirmed the booking and issued the ticket!
