SAA ******** deductions

Booked to fly overseas last year with SAA, paid extra to choose the long haul seats. SAA requested credit card details, which they duly deducted for the right amount. 4 months later they have continued to deduct R700 per month. I have a case number of 495538 but no action. Cebisile Mdluli customer service recovery is not responding to my mails. No phone numbers available at SAA
