SAA Ticket Refund

Interacted with Sharon Mkhatshwa on the SAA refunds desk. Call waiting time is about 10min but Sharon's efficient processing of my query was very helpful. She advised me of my options related to cancelling my ticket and paying an eye watering third of the ticket price as an admin charge or asking for a credit note when next I need to fly. Note only valid for 6 months.
