SAA terrible service

<p>I flew with South African Airways from Johannesburg to Dar Es Salaam on the 20th of November. My baggage was not nowhere to be found. They have a so called policy where they give you $75 a day for 5 days if your baggage isn't found. I reported the missing bag and purchased new items with the budget they specified. When I landed back in South Africa I personally handed in the documentation with my receipts they required. I contacted them today 6th of January just to be told they haven't received it! I think this service is pathetic for such a big airline. If you have another option for a carrier please use it.</p>
