SAA takes responsibility for the errors!

After a computer glitch under-priced tickets, SAA then compensated the affected parties with the same/cheaper value of the ticket. Granted they overlooked the Cape Town travellers however the prices were still at a bargain. Henny and Jeanette followed up timeously and gave superb service in the compensation process.
