SAA takes my money and cancels my flight

Hi SAA,<br> <br> for the last 10 days I have been trying to get a refund on a flight I paid for and you cancelled a few hours later. Spending hours ! on the phone from Australia and not getting any assistance except we cant find your money. If this is the case, please provide me with a letter to take to my bank so I can get it reversed. Thanks SAA I am out of pocket for over R18k over Christmas!
