SAA sucks!

So there are clients due to arrive in SA from the USA tomorrow for a safari in the Kruger. They are not allowed to enter the country based on the restrictions imposed last Sunday. They have SAA tickets to fly from JNB < > Nelspruit.

SAA won't refund tickets. Client then says OK, I'll go next year - no say SAA you can only change your ticket once and it has to be in the next 6 months

Given the terrible situation in the world, I think SAA are terrible and I will never recommend clients fly with them again and thank heavens that SA Airlink have taken control of this route themselves now and who are much more understanding

For our National Airline, SAA sucks - big time - and I'm not proud of them at all
