SAA ***** people money!

When the strike happened they did not update us on whether or not an alternate arrangement was being made so I made another booking with another airline, now its almost impossible to get my refund frm them. They never answer phones nor emails and just have a dont care attitude even when i went in personally! this is pathetic service for our national carrier! u r ****** and I will never fly SAA again! Ref for refund is ***
