SAA STAFF *********** OR GREADY

I tried to make a booking online and experienced some difficulty. I phoned reservations for assistance and was told that they can book it for me for R100 booking fee for all 4 passengers they then deducted R1000 extra from my bank account. On querying this I was told that they charge R250 per person for international bookings. I demanded to speak to one of the managers and spoke to Elias Mandishona and was told that there is not a Senior Manager on the floor and he can not make that kind of decision. I told him to listen to the tape as all calls are recorded. He said that he will be getting back to me when there is a Senior Manager available. Is it acceptable for anyone just to take a thousand rand from a person's bank account. Has anyone out there got a R1000 to through away?
