SAA should have shut down years ago

Shocking service - booked an OVERSEAS FLIGHT - they cancelled the overseas leg the day before and won't refund me for the upgraded seats on flights they cancelled. I paid over R5k for the seats in total. Policy is to not refund upgraded seats - fine if I cancelled but I didn't. It's *****. Imagine keeping R5k from 300 people per flight then cancelling the flight and making R1.5 million for no work - its a ****, This needs to be addressed with the ombudsman - busy with that
