SAA Service

<p>Normally SAA service is good, but traveling frequently between international destinations, i have notivced a decline in service delivery. Today, the checking controller at CT International, kiosk 30 was arrogant, rude and devoid of any service quality. **** poor performance and extremely bad brand ambassador for SAA and South Africa. My Brazilian wife was "gobsmacked"!!! </p>
