SAA said ticket is wrong, refuse to correct
I have been with SAA Voyager for more than 10 years. I always use the website to book my personal travel without issues, until Mar 19. <br> Voyager issued a ticket with my initials only. The call centre told me I cannot fly, and I forfeit my husband's +/-144000 miles by requesting a cancellation, for an error I did not make.<br> <br> Mar 19, I made the booking.<br> Mar 21, I called SAA to enquire. No results.<br> Mar 23, I went to King Shaka International Airport for assistance. The team leader, Tondani Adie, told me that she will lodge a request. <br> Mar 24 (11:45), I called SAA. The agent, Linda, advised that I must write to Voyager refund and Voyager service recovery<br> Mar 29, I called SAA. The agent advised I must wait.<br> Mar 31, I called SAA (10-11am). The agent, Erika, told me to e-mail the webhelp. The team leader, Absa Adams then told me he would get back to me. <br> Apr 1. I called SAA. Mr Adams said he escalated to CEO's office, and I must wait.<br> Apr 6. I called SAA (10:50). Called again, and Mr Adams told to me wait.<br> Apr 18. my husband called SAA (10:30, 14:00, 15:40) to get the managers. No avail<br> Apr 20. Called SAA (9:45). No avail<br> <br> SAA claimed this ticket was wrong, then fix it.
