SAA Safety and Willingness to Help

I booked on a flight on SA22 to Harare on the 14-May-2018 and when the boarding time should have started they announched that the flight have been delayed indefinitely. The staff could not elaborate on what indefinitely means or about the fault of the aircraft. The staff was unhelpful and resfused to move me onto the next flight without penalties even with my safety concerns they force me to wait around the airport
