SAA Rude Power Hungry ***s

<p>So first off i'd like to admit that i know it's my fault for missing my flight. I read the ticket wrong. I saw the Boarding time as 10:30 but it was the departure time. BUT...</p> <p> </p> <p>I get a phone call whilst sitting in the SLOW lounge. It's SAA informing me that they are removing my bag from the plane. I ask why startled and they tell me that i've missed the flight! I run down to the gate. The plane is there still. I ask the 3 employees at the gate if I can still board. They were absolutely rude seemingly power hungry assholes! Complete! The guy just looks at me and says "I've closed the door" and walks past. The ladies are basically s******ing telling me to go back tot he ticket office!</p> <p> </p> <p>But themain thing that befuzzles me is why SAA phones to tell me i've missed the flight instead of offering a little extra servi ce and call me 10 minutes earlier to say - GET ON THE PLANE?</p> <p> </p> <p>Why wait those 10 minutes to call and ruin what is supposed to be a family holiday about joy and giving? I'm now missing Christmas with family in the Netherlands due to SAA and their asshole staff!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>10 minutes earlier! I'd be on the way!</p>
