SAA robbing ticket-holders

I'm in the same situation as the previous complainant. I purchased a return ticket to London with SAA departing on 7 April and am now sitting with a voucher that I doubt I'll be able to use (whether or not it's honoured by a partner airline). Surely this a violation of the Consumer Protection Act – and what about IATA rules? *******ion and incompetence is bad enough, but *****ing individual customers' money is equally a disgrace.
