SAA robbing their clients

I booked a flight for my mom last week Friday. I paid roughly R2800. Today I see that they have debited me this same amount. This is absolutely ridiculous! You have no right to debit my account yet still did. I have called and I have emailed you and no response? How the hell is this fair? Where do you get the audacity from to actually debit my account? We have NO contract in place. Pay back my money!!!! Bunch of ****ing *******
